<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I've added a panel of footer logos and added a few comments along with the commit. For me I think it was important to get these in place as clickable links to the respective sites rather than just background
images. To avoid too much duplication I've reverted the top right logo back to just the apereo logo but that's easily changed back if you think the OSI logo should apear there too.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Reflecting on all the changes we've made today (see IE screenshot below) I think we're nearly there but I think we should consider the following changes:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">1. The logout button should be reverted back to the words 'logout' - to make it very clear what that button does without needing to hover. There's no need to save space in that area.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">2. I think the projects panel buttons are a little bit too small and should be made a bit larger. Firefox seems to exaggerate the size compared with Chrome and IE (see the comparison between Julian's screenshot
and this one from IE.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

I don't think your solution of adding the OSI logo alongside the Apereo logo top right is the right solution for 2 reasons:

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Also this is a consistency thing: some tabs have titles, some don’t. Either let’s give them all titles, or let’s lose the big header on the tabs altogether maybe: if it’s not serving any purpose, why use the
space? Also with this, the headers create a division / barrier between the projects and the controls to edit / properties etc. Previously these controls were much more clearly associated with the list of projects in the workspace. Could we put those buttons
in the header perhaps? It does make sense that they are more closely associated with the project list, as the projects are the things they control.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">By default the project details tab, the central one, doesn’t look very nice as it’s very narrow.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
