We get a lot of feedback along the lines of ‘written for geeks’ re: the install guide (which, to be fair, it was, and if you can’t get on with it, should you be installing the software anyway? Many people get on just fine, and we don’t know what percentage of attempted installs are troublesome, or abandoned).
