We have changed IE9 (our only allowed browser) settings to allow pop ups, changed internet options – browsing history to ‘every time I visit this page’ but still the above doesn’t work going through our thin clients that use our citrix server. What is more confusing, is that If I connect one of our laptops to our citrix, the above (1&2) works. Alas we don’t have enough laptops for our content editors.
