So now with the changes I've committed appending ?html5 (or &html5 if there are other parameters like username and/or foldername) changes the links to play the html5 version rather than flash version. I've tested with apache set to true and had to obviously add additional lines in the .htaccess. I looked at adding these changes to htaccess.conf in the setup folder but that doesn't seem to have all the current links required even without the additional lines required for html5.
