Yes it can, it uses the language-config now, but we could verify if
the corresponding folder exists before adding the menu item. This
would be in the the editor (I think). Want me to have a look at
that?<br>

In XOT the languages are (at the moment) hardcoded in index.php, but
we should be able to do the same thing there as well.<br>

XOT has a different problem, in that it really should have different
database entries for the different languages for the descriptions of
the templates etc. <br>
<br>
My suggestion would be to release what we have now as a version that
has the first multi-language support. This will (hopefully) invite
people to create the translations themselves through
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://xertetrans.xerte.org.uk">http://xertetrans.xerte.org.uk</a> and we can distribute those as
language packs for the time being.<br>
