<div>I think that for most of the connector pages it is probably most appropriate to default to having the navigation buttons disabled, but I think for the menu page it probably makes more sense to have the navigation buttons enabled. Unlike the other connector pages the menu page can offer connections automatically and is less likely to be used in situations where you might want to limit the learner to following one of the options offered.<br>

So you could easily set up menus such as "all pages from page 5 onwards", "all pages up to page 8" only or "pages 5 through 8".</p>
