v3 is merged into develop.

The files play.php and preview.php should use 
player_html5/rloObject.html, so your localhost seems to be ok. I have no 
idea, why it is different on your server.

It used to be in play.php, but that was changed in 3.0.

Permission problem when upgrading the install?
