 Hi guys,

Can I introduce you all to Leonard Johnson please? Leonard has had a look at
the setup utility and provided a really useful overhaul which we intend to
merge into the codebase and release as part of the 3.1 release some time
before Christmas: please join me in welcoming Leonard to our community!

Hey Leonard,

We're going to accept your pull request and merge it into our codebase: Tom
has had a look at it, and he reckons it's a big improvement, so thanks a
lot! We are working towards a 3.1 release at the end of November and it will
be included in that. We're always looking for good developers around the
project so if you'd like to join our group, we'd be very happy to have you
on board. Most people join on a 'scratch your own itch' basis, so there's no
pressure / obligations to do anything, but it's always worth having more
brainpower to bear on things,

Thanks again, have a great weekend,

 Julian

Subject: [Xerte-dev] Rewrite of 'XOT setup scripts

Hi all.

XOT is really cool product! However, the installation process is a more
than a little messy.

I have issued a pull request for a rewrite of the setup scripts for XOT
that I have written at
https://github.com/thexerteproject/xerteonlinetoolkits/pull/395.

Screenshots of how the changes affect the interface can be found here:
<http://radixmo.com/wp-content/xerte-setup-package-rewrite.pdf>

Any and all feedback would be appreciated.

 Kind Regards

 Len
