[Xerte-dev] Re: V3 Release

Hi Guys,

As soon as you give the go ahead, I'll do the actual release. This
involves the following steps:

1. Merge 3.0-beta into develop
2. Merge develop into master
3. Remove 3.0 beta from the automatic nightly builds, and remove it from
the Community Website
4. Change the zip file name for the automatic master build and add a
description to the Community Website

Basically the 3.0-beta should NOT be used any more after these steps.

Can one of you prepare an announcement that we can put on the Community
Website?

Step 2. above is the actual release. I will tag that version with v3.0
in git

We're in Portugal now, and will be off-line mostly during the day, but
if I can be of help for any show stopper, let me know, and I'll do my best.

John, I am glad you're back again :-) !!

  Tom
