Pat, the implication here is that you are blaming us for not listening to you. That is not helpful.

I am not going to get into 'but he said but she said but he said this first' thing. But if you read the next two messages in the thread you will see a further message from you that says' wot no feedback' and a further message from me saying 'we need more info really'. After which the thread dies. 

Precisely my point.
