I think it is more I am a bit outside the norm - so you lot are mostly 
working on Xerte (desktop module stuff), whereas I have other stuff I've 
got that I can share.

The App Store is on the admin panel somewhere (I think on the add 
modules page)

It searches github for projects with Xerte in the name (i think)

looks like it was extend.php so URL/extend.php with admin password and 
username should do it

No idea if it works anymore, but that in itself is a discussion point. 
If the creation of new modules is rare, then it can go, if we see that 
allowing new modules offers benefits, then it can stay. You also get the 
"if it becomes dead easy to do", you might get more option too.
