Is this something to be worried about?

Hi,
Every time I try to access this site (xerte.org.uk), my internet filters light up like a Christmas tree - both my Web of Trust and Virgin Media filters flag your site as containing malware.
Tracing things back to source, www.surbl.org<http://www.surbl.org> seems to think your site has been hacked and is vulnerable to further hacking.
Given that I am installing XOT on my server, please can you give me some background / reassurances here?
Thanks
Stephen Parry
