Not sure this is something I'd want to add to the distribution - BTW, .flv will play in the html5 templates as it stands:

I was planning to upgrade to Hollywood OS next year for the infinite magnification and enhancement capabilities.

Yes. But at least it'd work. I had the impression that the organisation produced .flv videos by default - so transcoding to .mp4 would be useful to them.
