Hi Julian,

I get these regularly, but they don’t seem to mean much. I think it’s Chrome having some sort of timeout system which isn’t long enough. I normally just close the window and find things are carry on as usual I get a similar response from Windows 8.1 when using my home printer which Windows claims to be unavailable even though I can hear it getting ready to print!

By the way, I was hospitalised on an emergency basis just before Christmas for a ‘Sigmoid volvulus’ (i.e. a twisted colon). i’m told I have made a ‘magnificent’ recovery and returned to work on January 8th, so I have been a bit remiss with keeping up with developments etc. I still have to have regular check ups at Addenbrookes (the next one is on Thursday with the Surgeon) but I’m not expecting any problems, at the moment at any rate.
