It will be a session ID dying problem

I would wonder if you get other people's stuff, or just stuff in the
database that is a bit messed up and you're getting other stuff.

If you do get folders, I would look in the database for those folders and
if they all tie to a user ID

Code wise, I believe the empty recycle bin finished screen refresh is the
same code as the others use, so there is no obvious reason why this (alone)
would generate this problem
