Thought I would get back in the game

Added some padding to page_top so the installer is a little neater

Modified the import code for template

Changes

It no longer checks for mimetypes, as it let everything through anyways

It now checks for the last 3 letters of the filename (zip)
it then tries to open the zip

if these both pass, on you go

Not sure if zip openning needs a new entry in the language code?
