It's to force any embedded twitter widgets to load after a parse. It's a bit of a clobber, because I just call it, whether there are twitter widgets or not.

I've put some code in to try to get deeplinking working in the boostrap template. So just now it works for page and section - haven't implemented tab nav yet but should be easy too if required. No error checking, single digit page only so needs work, etc

Also, i'm seeing this console error "Uncaught ReferenceError: twttr is not defined " at this line twttr.widgets.load();
