I don't think it's confusing and works well. Plenty of people want both
export formats so the only alternative I think would be to just export both
anyway.

Yes, it might. But both engines are exported and two html files are
generated. So it really does something different than with just 1 checkbox.
If it is too confusing, we should consider to modity that.
