If you update to the most recent SVN you'll find some files called extend have been added.

If you visit extend.php you'll then see a list of templates and you can then click to install and then click to activate. So these modules are now click to install.

The template lists are brought from Github via the API, so we don't need to host anything.

At the moment it is just modules, but in theory it could do plugins, themes, and other things - but they don't exist yet?
