Hi,

This post (http://lists.nottingham.ac.uk/pipermail/xerte/2010-February/004255.html) just saved me a lot of head scratching today… can this info go in the Installation Guide somewhere? It’s in relation to this error when playing a Flash LO

ERROR: The RLO file modules/xerte/parent_templates/Nottingham/Nottingham.rlt failed to load.

My first instinct was file/folder permissions as the file was definitely there but it turned out to be because these 3 mime types weren’t set…

6. In IIS Manager right click on the folder and go to properties
