Sounds good to me too.

I don't have experience with any of the products you mentioned, but the 
principles are familiar. I think 'agile' would be a very suitable 
development methodology for Xerte.

In the past I've been using Trello (www.trello.com), but Agilo for Trac 
looks much completer.

Do you want me to host it on the community server? Or are you going to 
host it in Nottingham?
