It's the one thing that really needs to work well, and be simple. We get a lot of feedback along the lines of 'written for geeks' re: the install guide (which, to be fair, it was, and if you can't get on with it, should you be installing the software anyway? Many people get on just fine, and we don't know what percentage of attempted installs are troublesome, or abandoned). I am around today, though installation isn't my strong suit.

I know Ron, it's not ideal. Thanks anyway, I'll be able to keep an eye on it for some of today and hopefully Julian is around also...
