indexChanger was only ever for desktop Xerte so is not required for XOT.
The indexChanger xwd file includes the setting restrict="develop" that
should ensure that it never appears in XOT's data.xwd file.

Not sure what has happened with respect to the Inventory page thumbnail as
I don't know anything about why HTML5 pages have different thumbnails to
the Flash pages or how to add a thumbnail to a html5 page. I thought the
HTML5 and Flash versions of the page use the same xwd information and hence
would access the same Thumbnail. The original thumbnail for the inventory
page is still available in the Xerte SVN, but I guess you already know that.

Kind regards

Johnathan
