I'm guessing they're created in a tool where the buttons are probably larger
and the colours/gradients are effects so much easier to create derivatives
with different colours with the original files.
Easy enough to recreate but I'm thinking it would be quick and easy to
create some theme packs to maintain the look and style just change the
colours with the original files.
