My thinking was from a developer perspective.

If you were to create a brand new page type would it now be worth the extra
time to develop a Flash based model after you had created a working html5
version of the page.

If have the impression, based on some of Julian's comments, that it may be
possible to do things in html5 that would be difficult to duplicate in
Flash. If this is the case would you want to restrict what you could
achieve in html5 in order to make it duplicable in Flash?
