It would be good if we managed pieces of work through a series of steps, and that we agree as a group pieces of work to be taken from 'proposed' to 'development' status (i.e. moving from a wish list to actively being worked on, with real commitment to the delivery date), so the steps might be:

Propose
Accept
Develop
Test
Integrate

That would help us do the more incremental development stuff, maybe even each piece of work gets a new minor version number? What do you think?
