Well it depends on what we see the files doing? All of the other settings
are in sitedetails and are drawn into config.php apart from the database
settings.

Logically authentication method should also be in sitedetails, but that
raises a few more issues so a separate file is a handy work around

because you could argue about removing sitedetails and typing all the files
in manually (which is what the first installer did)

BUT

then how do you set authentication method with installing? and how do you
make it one click simple for xampp users? And the installation guide?
