[Xerte-dev] Is there an issue with the new rootIcon.pageLink method

rootIcon.pageLink is the method invoked when you use the new page link
option from the context menu.

Has anyone tested it using a "Menu with page controls" or "Menu" navigation
attribute?

It appears that it is failing to compensate for the "menu" that is inserted
as a first page in this type of project, so links set up by using pageLink
fall one page short of their target.
