in my experience it'll be one of the following:

zoom

or their screen resolution is less than required height

or they are viewing locally and the Flash player security is preventing
resize

My Firefox is up-to-date and no such problem.

This has come through: anyone seen this before?

 

"One of the partners of a major project that uses Xerte online toolkits
reported today that there were problems using Xerte online toolkits with the
latest version of Firefox. I saw that the right-hand side of the screen was
cut off. He reported other problems which I'm yet to see but thought you
might like to be aware of this"
