Moodle does have language functionality but even with the Moodle integration
enabled for authentication as on the current test install I don't think the
XOT code should try to use that same Language setting e.g. it might be a
language that exists in Moodle but doesn't in XOT.

Tom is this to do with where session start appears? I can't look at the code
at the moment but I know there's a conditional which doesn't fire the XOT
session start if Moodle integration is enabled.

Does moodle not have a language variable set?

I think moodle plugins have to have a language folder set?
