Only show the languages for which a translation is actually available in the installation.
Done that, it's committed, and a new beta installer is uploading now.

This is the standalone version, right?

The French wizard translation isn't there, and the French translation of all the pages. So, they fall back to English.
Only the en-GB and the nl-NL are actually populated.
