Attached are some new icons currently missing from the pages menu and wizard.

I'm still unsure which xwd I should be adding these to... would you mind adding them to the xerte editor's library, and adding them to the right xwd file for toolkits please? They will need adding as icons in the wizard's library as well

Things I can see that need doing are:

Icons
When I used the menu to change the language to french, it didn't appear that anything happened (should we confirm to the user the new choice?), but the wizard, when I ran it, was in English?
Advanced Display. Does this have to be the first child of a LO? Also, it's not a page of content: this might break things that assume that children of LO are pages, particularly in situations where the navigation is 'menu'.
