Yes, no problem. Then we could make it a multi language help. The way it 
would work is that we make a category 'help' with perhaps sub categories 
'text', 'media'. etc. and every page a joomla article with screendumps 
and/or screen video's. We can add selected people to the website as 
content editors.

When there is a question that is been asked often on the 
forum/mailinglist we could add it to the community website in a FAQ.
