If the recycle bin is empty, the 'Delete' button does not become clickable for me (Chrome, OSX) unless I click on an LO.

When there's something in the Recycle bin, I can either click on the Recycle bin itself (and then click delete to empty it) or click on LOs within the recycle bin to delete them.
