Ah - that's an example of why using dirname(__FILE__) is good. Fixable.

Easy fix (for you) - edit your php.ini file and change your include path to NOT contain c:\xampp\php\PEAR or c:\xampp\php

Duplicated constants - hmm…. I thought they'd be unique in the language files, but they clearly aren't.

I think I've fixed the syntax error for website_code/php/properties/access_template.php but it's still going to be broken as 

$query_for_security_content_response seems to be not defined - and this problem will also exist for play.php
