In config.php is a parameter called development.

Toolkits 1.7 had a problem that php 5.2 reported a problem that PHP 4.3
didn't care about. The config.php used to suppress all errors. Now you can
chose to suppress errors - so if you set development to be false, some of
those errors don't display (some are warnings, not errors).
