Is the XOT from Nottingham website stable?

What file do I have to change to make default my language directory?

I remember that updated one but I cant remember which one.

Trunk will be the next version. It might have bugs.

To translate PHP - copy the en-gb folder in languages. Call it say
es-vn (or your own code).

Then look in the files for the text to translate. Each page in the
language folder relates to a page on the site.
