Hmm. Testing it on my installed version it worked. It might be 'cos I had a file open in the folder as it was trying to be copied,

Doesn't publish all of the files in the languages folder? Can you test and confirm this? I just made a project to test something else and published it; only language-config.xml was copied across so I had to manually copy the other files.

There is a line to use Zinc's copyfolder function to copy the languages folder, but I've had issues with that before I think.
