I'm keen to help test especially XOT but I won't be able to do much after
Friday 23rd so the planned schedule sounds good to me.

The only thing I would say is that I think the communication about the line
in the sand could easily be misinterpreted. I think it's fine to say that
once the html5 development starts the focus will be on whatever is in 560 at
the time but I'm not sure that has to mean there's no further additions or
improvements to the Flash version. Likewise I'd resist saying that
eventually the html5 version will handle every page type in the build and
also make it clear that XOT as it will be at release of 1.8 won't die or
cease to be of use just because of the development of a html5 version.

Thomas - I would tread carefully when mentioning any of this - we both know
some will focus on what they perceive as negatives and potentially create
barriers that don't exist.
