Either I don't understand the issue (or it is an issue with Xerte 
standalone), but as far as I can tell, when you use jmol JMolViewer gets 
exported.

So, even if you use the archive .zip, JMolViewer is not exported, when 
the jmol template is NOT used. Perhpas that is/was the issue. I don't 
really see the point of exporting it, if it's not used, even in an 
archive .zip, because whenever you edit the archive in some other xot, 
or xerte, it gets exported when you add a jmol temple, right?

So as far as I can tell, everything works for me.
