I have just been looking at the Longtail video site to try to find the
licence for the video player.

I haven't been able to find the licence yet but it is clear that as well as
the free version they have the Pro and Enterprise versions.

The Pro version includes "use on commercial web sites" so it could be that
if the free version was distributed as part of Xenith that any University
or College using Xenith on their web site would then be in breach of the
licence. Could this compromise the acceptability of Xenith to these
institutions.
