We'd got one bug reported twice, and we've also got bugs (the peer
review) which we've discussed here and never had an answer for.

I think we need some forum for each bug and to limit the sheet to a
number of items - because there isn't any obvious way of working out
who will do what, and so listing a lot of bugs with no one allocated
to fix them seems a bit weird
