The photograph is not good. But it is a <I
style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">Betasyrphus</I>, most probably <I
style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">B. isaaci</I> (Bhatia). I would be
pleased to help your IDs but undamaged specimens are best, not poor
images.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
