[Syrphidae] Help with names of dipterists

Dear all,

searching some old files I found a picture of the participant of the
Syrphoidea symposium at the 8th ICD in Potsdam. I was trying to remember
some names of the people I meet less often, and there are two gentlemen
whose names I cannot remember (circled in red; see attached photo).

Could you help me with their names?
