[Syrphidae] Inquiry fot a Cheilosia article

Hi. Does any of you have electronic version of Anatoliy's subgenerical
classification of Cheilosia? (cite below). I have difficulty to find just
number of E.O. ang giving a try here in our community. I see also, in
literature sections of some research articles, that it was published in
Entomological Review journal number 82. Does it mean there was also English
version published?
