[Syrphidae] paper

Dear friends

I have only just got round to reading the attached paper, which I believe is a very important contribution to the understanding of syrphid evolution. I attach an english translation for those like me who read french rather slowly. I do think it is a fascinating paper, and it is useful to have a modern assessment of the fossil record.
