[Syrphidae] maintaining your data, printing labels etc.

Dear all,

What do you all use to maintain all your Collection, sighting, photo
literature etc.? Are there already good tools to be used?

As I haven't found any so far so I am thinking of creating my own db and
put the platform on syrphidae.com so people can maintain there own
collection. Would that be desirable?
