[Syrphidae] Training course in taxonomy and systematics of African pollinating flies - Nairobi - 2017

Dear all,

Please find attached two documents (call and application form) for a training course in taxonomy and systematics of African pollinating flies - Syrphidae will be one of the target groups. This training course is one of the projected outcomes of a JRS Biodiversity Foundation project called 'PINDIP' (The Pollinator Information Network for Sub-Saharan Two-Winged Insects - Diptera) of which I am the promotor. More information on this project and training course can be found in the Newsletter which I distributed earlier today or on the JRS website:  http://jrsbiodiversity.org/jrs-awards-two-grants-study-africas-wild-pollinators/ . From next week onwards, both the call and application form will also be downloadable from the RMCA-website (see call document attached).
