[Syrphidae] Platycheirus features

Dear recipients!

I search for diagnostics features for two Platycheirus species that I don't
have keys for.
The species are P. fasciculatus (keyed out in Dusek & Laska, 1982) and P.
speighti (keyed out in Dokzcal et al. 2002).
Would anyone provide me with the information on how to discern those two
species from related ones, or send me the mentioned keyes?
