Facial tubercle broad and flat (see Fig. 1.1). Cheeks broad, white hairs. Forehead convex without transverse depression (see Fig. 1.1). Antennae black, 111 segment in Nin-her half brownish-yellow. Arista light-brown-brown, longer than 111 chlenkka antennae 1.7 times (see Fig. 1, 2). Parietal protuberance slightly convex. Naked eye. The shoulder knobs brownish. Srednespnnka black, shiny with bronze shimmer. Mesonotum (on the lateral edges) and barrel chest (in full) in the dense gray pollination. Metasternum naked. Srednespnnka and shield in light off-white stripes. Wings weakly uniformly darkened, their bases

alternately, the base and the top of middle and hind femur narrow, brownish zheltte. Fore and middle legs yellow with brown ring noseredine the width of the ring is less than half the length of the tibia. Hind leg to the top of the expanding. Feet in light hairs. Paws bugrovato light brown, one segment of middle tarsi ventrally without black spines. Abdomen fully burovatochernoe no yellow spots or sling SLEEEOETESTYASCHEE, completely covered with gray dusting.
Body length of 6.2 mm. Wing length of 4.9 mm.
Distribution: Iran.
Holotype: 9 "Tavriz, Persyya" (Iran), 6.1 \ / 1914 (Old Style) (Andrievsky).
Differential diagnosis. This species on the grounds of the external morphology similar to R. latifrons Lw. Is different from the last prominent forehead with a width of 2.75 times the diameter of the eye at the base of the antennae; '111 antennal segment, does not form on the top of his rod-shaped appendage bearing Arnsten, elongated neutolschennoy Arista (see Figures 1 and 2) .
Holotype described species deposited in the Zoological Institute of the USSR (Leningrad).
